Delivery / Shipping Policy:
The product will be delivered to you by our logistic partners. Information regarding the duration is mentioned in the product page. Whole delivery process goes from mainly 5 stages which are Designing/Manufacturing followed by quality check and customer approval (for personalized products) then it goes for packaging and finally shipped by delivery partners, Our logistic partners are provided by Shiprocket. and other partners This whole shipping process takes around 8 business days. Refund / Cancellation Policy:
Refund is subjected for the damaged item delivered. The value of the damaged goods can be refunded on request within 24 hours of delivery. The refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 7-8 working days. Refund can be in form of money ( excluding 2% transaction cost on total cost + 100₹ Packaging cost ), coupon or product of same cost of the order.
Order cannot be cancelled once product has started manufacturing (order status can be seen on customer’s dashboard). Still customer has option to opt to cancel the order before manufacturing has started by contacting us on our support number +91 9082 135 872.
